The Baal Shem Tov, or Besht —  the founder of Chasidism — 
met the soul of the Messiah during an ascent to heaven. 
The Besht asked him, "When will the Master come?" 
The Messiah answered, "When your wellsprings break forth to the outside!"

How to chant Eihkah in English

Lenn Fellman in Berkeley added trop to each chapter of Lamentations. Get his eclectic translation that uses the neohasid.org, the JPS, and some five others, and adds trop (cantillation marks) to the English text from opensiddur.org.
